Winter Fair Applications Now Open!
SOS is now inviting application from vendors of all types to participate in our annual Winter Fair.
The theme for this year is Winter Wonderland!

Event Vendor Rules
You must rez an SOS kiosk in your store.
You will need one free group slot for the SOS event group.
You must set-up within your booth by the deadline or risk losing your spot.
You must stay within prim limits, you will be allotted at least 50 prims to use.
You must provide a 512px copy of your logo to the email address provided in the application form.
You must provide a 100% donation item or 2 x 50% donation items.
You must dress the booth appropriately to fit with the theme.
You must be reasonable with scripts and reduce script load if asked.
You will not sell anything that violates intellectual property rights, this includes copyright, patent, trademark and design infringement.
Event Timeline for Vendors
8th October - Vendor Applications Open
8th November - Vendor Confirmations Sent
Applications will continue to be accepted if spaces remain
Noon SLT 30th November to Noon SLT 3rd of December - Vendor Setup
3rd December Noon SLT - SETUP DEADLINE
4th December - Sim & Booth Checks
5th December - Event Opens
2nd January - Event Closes, pick up items if you don't want them returned
