Optimistic October is a guided journaling and activity event for getting to know yourself a bit more. Gratitude and Self-Introspection can both help and improve mood and motivation. Lets try together. Follow along in a RL journal, online journal or even grab one of the SL note card journals that SOS provides.
The journaling doesn't have to be long, it can even be an answer or a sentence. However, it has been suggested that to get the most out of a gratitude or introspection journal, you should give 3-5 reasons for your answer. For more guidance - check the write up on Oct. 1.
