May is Mental Health Awareness Month in the United States. We at Survivors of Suicide urge everyone out there to take special care of your own mental health this month and keep a loving eye on your friends and family for signs of depression, anxiety or other mental health issues that could lead to more serious issues.
If you see any things in yourself or others, do not ignore them. Talk about them. That is the most important thing. Talk to each other.
Everyone is important.
You have a purpose.
You are loved and cared for, even if you don't know it.
